The Alchemical Elements

• Hibiscus sabdariffa (Hibiscus) — bright tartness, deep ruby colour, antioxidant-rich
• Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm) — gently uplifting, easy on the digestion
• Rubus idaeus (Raspberry Leaf) — quietly mineral-rich, deeply nourishing
• Althaea officinalis (Marshmallow Leaf) — smooth, mild, traditionally soothing
• Medicago sativa (Alfalfa) — nutrient-dense, vitamin and mineral-rich
• Cymbopogon citratus (Lemongrass) — clean citrusy brightness, refreshing

How to Brew

Sun Tea: Add 2–3 tablespoons to a jar of cold water and leave in the sun for 2–4 hours. Strain, chill, and pour over ice.

Hot Brew & Chill: Steep in hot water (just off the boil) for 8–10 minutes. Strain, sweeten with honey if desired, and pour over a full glass of ice to chill quickly.
