Processing Time All orders are handcrafted and prepared with care in Calgary, Alberta. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During seasonal launches or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Carriers We ship across Canada using Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $75 CAD.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Alberta: 2–4 business days
- Rest of Canada: 5–10 business days

Local Pickup — Calgary, AB Local pickup is available in Calgary. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
Fragile & Perishable Items Our teas, skin oils, and balms are packaged with care to arrive safely. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if anything is damaged.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
