Hibiscus Lavender Lemonade

Hibiscus and lavender — tart meets floral, bright meets fragrant. This is a limited edition summer blend made for slow evenings on the porch, midweek holidays, and small glasses before bed. Equally lovely hot or cold, it’s the kind of drink that makes you close your eyes on the first sip.

Lemon rounds and candied lemon peel bring a citrus twist to hibiscus flowers, lavender flowers, and lemon balm. Thoughtfully hand-blended in small batches in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

The Alchemical Elements

• Hibiscus flowers — tart, bright, and deeply ruby.
• Lemon balm — a soft, lemony herbal note.
• Lavender flowers — floral and aromatic.
• Lemon rounds — a sunny citrus note.
• Candied lemon peel — sweet citrus with a hint of peel’s characteristic bite.

Available Sizing: 100 g loose tea or one 16 g pitcher bag. A seasonal summer blend, available while remaining stock lasts.

The Ritual

Hot Brew & Chill: Steep the loose blend in hot water (just off the boil) for 5–7 minutes. Strain, sweeten with honey if desired, and pour over a full glass of ice. The colour is spectacular. For pitcher bags, follow the brewing directions on the package.
