The base that started it all — generous amounts of horseradish and garlic, organic onions chosen for the most fiercely pungent bite we could find, ginger, turmeric, lemon and orange — infused for two full months to draw the best out of every plant.

Then elderberry sweeps in with a deep, dark berry richness, rosemary and thyme weave in an herbal, almost witchy complexity, and raw local honey rounds it all into something sweet, dark, and slightly spellbinding. Jalapeño-free — the fire comes from the alliums, exactly as nature intended. Thoughtfully hand-crafted in small batches in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
