Mallow is the herb for parched, reactive skin that needs something deeply soothing — one of the great emollient herbs in the folk tradition, and a staple in baby care for highly sensitive skin.

Rich in mucilaginous polysaccharides, Malva sylvestris acts as a natural humectant — trapping moisture in the skin barrier without leaving a heavy or greasy residue. Its flavonoids are soothing to redness, puffiness, and irritation-prone skin. Natural tannins in the flowers bring mild astringency, helping to balance pores. Antioxidants and vitamins maintain elasticity and protect against free radical damage, while mild antiseptic properties support a clean, healthy skin surface. Mallow is water-soluble by nature, so you won't find it cold-pressed — ours is a true infused oil, steeped in certified organic olive oil to deliver its compounds in a silky, skin-ready base.
